Disc Golf Blogs: We are Number 18!

Last week we got an email out of the blue from Feedspot.com, who congratulated us on not only entering into the top 75 Disc Golf blogs, but that we join the list in 18th place. Initially we thought it might be some sort of scam, but they aren’t asking for money, and we don’t need to join anything – and their extensive lists of blogs and feeds on a huge range of subjects seems to indicate they’re legit. With the Rawhiti Domain “Have-a-Go” Day yesterday being a success, I think it’s high time to bring you all up to speed on what’s happening in Christchurch, and what’s going to be happening. Rawhiti Domain: No Need To Die In A Ditch! Last week, local councillor David East (who supports disc golf and helped us prevent a car park being built inside Jellie Park last year) declared that he would “Die in a ditch” before he would let a land-swap take place which would see Rawhiti Domain covered in houses. It turns out that no one – except Regenerate Christchurch, thinks this is a good idea, including the golf clubs involved. This is a dead idea, and you can consider it buried as of now. There is no
