This is the most-sold NZ-made disc of all time, and for good reason. "Piwak" has outstanding glide, and Drew Gibson has thrown one ~140 metres in calm air!
It flies quite quickly for a midrange, having a more pointed leading edge than most midrange discs. You could almost call this an understable fairway driver suitable for first timers.
The Piwakawaka is a standard disc in the RPM Starter Packs available from Torpedo7, Outside Sports, and various sports stores we supply.
Those discs are easy to damage (Strata Plastic) whereas Atomic and Cosmic versions of the Piwakawaka will last for many years as they are incredible durably, as well as looking fantastic, and feeling incredibly smooth due to the mirror-polished mould it comes from.
